The Arkansas Association of Alternative Educators (AAAE) will be hosting our 12th annual conference at the Embassy Suites Hotel, Spa & Convention Center in Rogers, Arkansas on July 10th - July 13th. The conference has grown each year and last year we had over 500 participants!
Exhibit fees:
- Two tables - $300.00
- One table - $175.00
- Informational Only Vendors - $100
Each exhibit will consist of one 6 foot skirted table and chair; pipe and drape; wastebasket and electricity.
Exhibitor setup is Sunday, July 10 between noon and 5:00pm.
Exhibit hours:
Door prize needs to be brought on Sunday for a giveaway.
- Monday, July 11 - 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 12 - 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, July 13 - 7:30 a.m. to noon.
